Pathology
Equine Hematoma at Advanced Stage / Organized or Calcified Hematoma.
Hand Probe type
SHOCKWAVE directly on hematoma.
FLAT RED / CONCAVE RED (depending on the shape of the surface to treat) both directly on the hematoma and on the surrounding areas to help draining.
Power output
SHOCKWAVE: 60-90%
FLAT RED / CONCAVE RED: 80-100%
Treatment time
SHOCKWAVE: 5-10 minutes directly on hematoma.
FLAT RED / CONCAVE RED: 15-20 minutes on area to treat and on surrounding areas.
Frequency
2/3 times a week, until resolved or for 2/3 weeks maximum.
